A powerful air conditioning system is also required. For a room with a size of 10m² you need an air conditioning system with a rated output of at least 10KW.

Why use the cold chamber at all?
During a whole-body cold application, the body is exposed to a thermal shock at low temperatures for an average of three minutes. This can have many different benefits for the body.
